Not only do we pride ourselves highly on our workmanship we pride ourselves just as high on our timely and concise communication with you and providing you an accurate price for you job.


There are three main ways we do this:


  • Small jobs (8 hours or less) When you call us, we will discuss your job over the phone and aim to give you an estimate on the price of your job on the spot. If you agree on the price we will schedule you in. Once we arrive we will go over your job and confirm the price, if anything changes or we identify additional work required we will discuss this with you before we start. Alternatively if we can see an easier or simpler way of doing the job we will advise you what the saving will be prior to starting. If however you choose not to go ahead with the work once we have arrived, unfortunately there will be a cancellation fee covering the first hour and vehicle chargers. 

  • Medium/larger jobs (More than 8 hours) Every job is different therefore there is not a one size fits all. This is why when you call us more often than not we recommend coming to meet you at your home or office to look at and discuss your job with you. We will aim to come up with multiple options on what we have discussed as there's usually more than on way to do a job, we will present all options to you and you can choose the best option to suit your needs. As we not only value our time but your time as well, we have a small fee for this service which covers us driving to and from your home or office, the first 30 minutes on site and our time providing you with a personalized price for your job. This fee is required to be paid on arrival, if you decide to go ahead with the job we will subtract the initial fee off the final invoice. It usually takes 1-2 businesses days to provide you with a fixed price for your job.


  • Charge up. If you would like us to simply come and do your job, which is ideal for fault finding/half day jobs we can do so. We have No call out fees between 8am-4pm Mon-Friday. Although we do have a minimum charge and a small vehicle fee depending where you live in relation to us. As the majority of our work is repeat customers and referrals this is the most common way we do business.
