Commercial electrical work is a great passion of ours and we love getting stuck into all types of commercial projects be it big or small.

 

We currently look after the maintenance of several commercial buildings from Takanini to Takapuna.

 

We do this by offering preventive maintenance plans ensuring you never have unexpected and costly down time. Along with preventive maintenance plans we also do minor jobs from changing light fittings or faulty power points right through to complete building upgrades, shop fit outs, bars and restaurants. We will work closely with you to create something unique and practical, we do this by listening and discussing with you what is important to you so we can understand exactly what your needs are for your project, in doing so we will bring your vision to life in a timely and effective manner.

 

On top of this, we do medical RCD testing for the medical sites we look after, this is a body corporate requirement which ensures the RCDs that come into contact with patients trip within the correct timeframes. RCDs in medical fields such as operating theatres, GP sites, dentists facilities to name a few are designed to trip a lot quicker and are a lot more sensitive to electrical imbalances and faults than your standard residential RCD. There are around 8 tests per RCD sometimes more if we see fit that we undertake to ensure the RCD is operating correctly, this is a timely exercise and requires a certain level of expertise to perform these tests correctly and safely.
